Banana Pineapple Candy Muffins step by step

1. Simmer the pineapple in covered pan for 15mins then uncover.
2. Keep stirring the pineapple til little liquid is left & the pineapple is almost clear color..
3. Add brown sugar and keep stirring til caramelized. Set aside..
4. In a separate bowl, cream butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla..
