In a bowl combine the eggs, whipping cream and salt and pepper. Then carefully pour the mixture over the ingredients. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese. Onion, Peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomato with cheese.

- On a medium heat pan add grape seed and onions & bell peppers, when they’re translucent add mushrooms then the seasonings.
- When they are all saluted add in your egg to the pan and then let it cook on one side.
